【7月28日 AFP】（29日記事更新、写真追加）国際ラグビー評議会（The International Rugby Board、IRB）は28日、本部アイルランド・ダブリン（Dublin）で理事会を行い、2015年のW杯（Rugby World Cup 2015）開催地をイングランド、2019年のW杯（Rugby World Cup 2019）開催地を日本に決めた。

　IRBの理事26人がラグビーW杯リミテッド（Rugby World Cup Limited、RWCL）による15年のイングランド開催と19年の日本開催の推薦を承認し、開催地が決定された。

　26人のうち16人が、イングランドと日本の開催に賛成票を投じた。(c)AFP
